Tabinda Sanpal
Licensed Director And Sole Shareholder
Ms.Sanpal is a licensed director and sole shareholder of Anax Capital Asset Management Company Limited -DIFC, she has been an entrepreneur managing her family business for around thirteen (13) years covering real estate, trading, and Investment in the international markets. Ms. Sanpal is also the director of SSB Bazar General Trading LLC (Sister Concern) which has a Foreign Portfolio Investor License under Securities Exchange Board of India/SEBI. The Firm is 99% held by Ms. Sanpal (UK National) and 1% held by Saeed Salem Juma Alhassani.(UAE National). She is also the Director and sole shareholder of Anax Capital LLC( proposed SCA licensee) which has received the initial NOC from the Securities Commodities Authority(‘SCA’), UAE for Category 1- Dealing in securities license. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the UK, and a CISI certificate in FCA (Financial Conduct Authority – UK) Rules and Regulations.
Ramesh Raman Kutty
Senior Executive Officer
Mr. Kutty is an Asset Management specialist with over 20 years work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions including National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Allied Investment partners in UAE and OTC Exchange in India He has hands on experience in design and structuring of equity funds and hedge funds with a thorough understanding of the regulatory regime where the funds are regulated. Mr. Kutty was a non-executive Director of Altus Fund Management Company Limited, ADGM and a Non-Executive Director of Zeta Asset Management Company Limited- ADGM. He holds a Master’s in Fnance from RMIT, Melbourne Australia, and a Master’s in Economics from India.
Mahesha Shetty
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Shetty is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). During his professional career spanning around 15 years, he worked on various engagements in Financial Statement Audit, Accounting Services, Company Liquidation, internal Audit, VAT advisory and outsourced CFO services in DIFC and ADGM. Currently, he is a Board Member of KPI Ahli Chartered Accountants, Dubai, UAE.
Padmanabhan Markandan
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Markandan is an MBA with over 30 years of capital market experience of which around 22 years of experience in the Asset Management industry across various asset classes. He held senior positions in DIFC/DFSA regulated entities.
